Traveling Around the World with Music....
We have been traveling around the world with music. It have been a fun journey so far. The kids are really enjoying it! Every time I mention the next place we are "traveling" too they get so excited! It is a great motivation for the students as well as a great way to learn about geography and culture! The primary grades just left Japan and the upper grades finished with the Ukraine. The students are now heading to Russia!

I love this idea of traveling around the world with music so much that I have created a group of virtual trips and the children are creating scrapbooks in power point. I got the idea after I read your blog. Thanks, Melanie
